Lach Fergusson: HERO OF THE COMMONWEALTH!

Well lookie here! Lach Fergusson has finally sent some photos of his exploits in deepest darkest Africa! Since our last update Lach has left the UN and taken a posting with the Commonwealth. His most recent jaunt had him leaving his humble London flat (located right about the "Bangla Cafe" in sunny London E1) to head down to Malawi, Cameroon, sporting a fantastic hat to ensure the light of democracy continues to shine ever so brightly. But enough from me, here's a little snippet from an email Lach sent me to tell you all about these pics!

"Alright, that’s it. I can’ts stands it no more, I have to finally send some pictures of my life so I can glorify myself on your piddly ass website :)

Hey Kev, have attached some fun photos of ME! And my current life working for the Commonwealth and things in general.

There’s some of me climbing on the coast of Spain outside a small town called Calpe. Did a weeklong beginners climbing course. Pretty cool, pretty scary.

Then some from recent missions to Cameroon. There’s one of me (skinny white bread kid) with powerful Cameroonian provincial governor.  The rest are from 3 weeks observing elections in Malawi, the 8th poorest country in the world. Saw a real ive (or, errr, dead) python that had just been caught and killed by the police cause it ate someone goat (you can even see the enormous bulge in it like a balloon!). Stayed a part while at a game park lodge. There’s a pic of the whole team assembling for the field deployment and a few of my own observer team. And of course, look out for crocodiles!!"
